Introducing the RFP Assistant Feature

Below will show how you can easily start generating RFP replies. Save time by having Daily.Ai pull out the requirements it finds in the RFP collection then using your strategies it will build out a report you can use as a starting point or more.

Step One, Create Your Strategy Collection

This can be used with any RFP and you can continue to add to it overtime.

Step Two, Create an RFP Collection and Upload

Then you create a separate collection for the RFP itself, uploading the RFP document and any other relevant information. This allows the RFP Assistant to access the necessary content.

Add as much info as you need to help understand the needs of the requirements.

Step Three, now all you have to do is Chat with that RFP Collection to start the process

One, this is the Reference Collection, here you can choose the collection you created with all your strategies.

Second, choose the Reporting Tool button.

Three, lastly add a chat message and submit, a few minutes later you will have the following.

Here you can see a summary of the requirements but it is the “Report” tab we see the details!

Here you can see the Sections of Requirements DailAi discovered in the RFP Collection.

After that you can dig deeper or just export the results!

Using the Persona feature you can output the report in your tone or the companies tone. And then using the Audience feature you can even target a particular audience!
